Description
This 90-minute "lunch and learn" session will
1. Dispel myths, rumors and misconceptions about transitioning business ownership
2. Provide statistics and results of research concerning ownership transition.
3. Explain the three legs of a proper exit plan
4. Explain the main components of enterprise value
5. Introduce the Value Acceleration Methodology and the role of Value Advisor
6. Help business owners to begin thinking about the steps they need to take to have a successful transition: whether it be to family members, employees, or a third party.
