Central Virginia OMT LLC

Angela has spent 30 years in the dental field. She is a licensed registered dental hygienist with a business focus undergraduate from Campbell University. In 2020, she founded Central Virginia OMT LLC, where she helps children and adults overcome myofunctional disorders such as mouth breathing, tethered oral tissues, bedwetting, snoring, sleep apnea, and oral habits.

Having experienced her own challenges with thumb sucking, open bite, and low tongue posture, Angela brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work.

She has completed advanced training through IAOM, Neo Health, Baby Mouth Toddler Mouth, MyoMentor, and Breathe Babies. Angela is a Board Certified Orofacial Myologist COM®, Qualified Orofacial Myologist QOM®, and certified in Buteyko Breathing and craniosacral facial therapy. She provides virtual and in office care and collaborates with healthcare professionals to support whole person health.
